Description:
1. The multi-axis linkage robot, with the drive of precise stepper motor and the advanced motion control algorithm, effectively
improves the positioning accuracy and repeat precision.
2. With the embedded industrial computer control, the robot can achieve different tasks such as single joint / single time / cyclic
soldering operation.
3. With the handheld LCD Teaching Pendant, the programming is simple and easy to learn. You can enter directly the
coordinates of the solder joint, or you can teach and playback the position coordinates. As the teaching programming is quite
simple, even beginners can quickly grasp the operation essentials.
4. The soldering iron unit can be adjusted to any angle or any direction. It can achieve 360℃ free rotation by controlling the R-axis.
According to different solder pad and components, you can set at will the solder feeding times, preheating time and soldering time,
to achieve the complicated soldering work.
5. With an external I/O interface, it can fulfill the functions such as real-time control on peripheral devices, intelligent control, error alarm, etc.
With the intelligent master control program, it realizes the automatic and smart soldering process.
