Description:
Screw Fastening Robot greatly improves the work efficiency and the screw fastening consistency & reliability. With the advanced Teaching Pendant, operators can set up by themselves all the process parameters such as the screw coordinate and screw types, etc. It can adapt to all sorts of difficult screw fastening process and achieve the complete automation.
Applications: Basic Configuration
It is suitable for all kinds of screw fastening process on mobile phones, keyboards,monitors, car accessories, toys,small home electrical appliances, integrated circuits, printed circuit boards, LCD screen, electronic components (such as relays, speakers) etc..

Robot:
1. Each screw takes 1.5 seconds, two products in one machine, total 16pcs screws
2. Two products can be completed by 26 seconds.
3. One products takes 14 seconds
4. One screw fastening robot production capacity: about 280pcs product/hour
Manual screw fastening, each screw takes 6 seconds, one product takes about 48 seconds, production yield: 75pcs products/hour
Test result: screw fastening robot's production efficiency is 3 times higher than manual screw work.
- The Stepper motor drive and the advanced motion control algorithm for the five-axis effectively improve the positioning accuracy ad repeat precision.
