Long shaft centrifugal electric sump pump
Type LBP and LBPR pump BP/BPR Abrasive corrosive slurries sump pump for mining industry submerged in sump to work. They are designed for delivering abrasive, large particle and high density slurry. These pumps have no need of any shaft seal and sealing water. They can also be operated normally for insufficient suction duties.
All parts of type LBP pump immersed in liquid are lined with rubber outer liner. They are suited to transport non-edge-edge angle abrasion slurry.
Wet parts of LBP pump are made of abrasive-resistant metal.
The type with ‘L’ is a sump pump of extension shaft series, which is suited for the working condition of deep level. The guide bearing construction is added to the pump on the the bases the standard pump, so the pump is with both more steady operation and wider application range, but flushing water should be attached to the guide bearing.

1. flow passage components: this type of pump use wear resistant metal, impeller choose wear resistant metal or rubber.
2. Bearing components: we use grease lubrication. According to slag slurry pool liquid height, can choose different lengths of pump shaft or suction pipe.
3. Sealing: Doesn't need any shaft seal or shaft seal water. In suction volume insufficient condition also can work normally below.
