TWJ (Horizontal) Adhesive Automatic Labeling Machine for plastic bottles
I. Introduction:
The machine is suitable for labeling of glass bottles, plastic bottles of small diameters that cannot stand (such as oral liquid bottles, ampoules and cylindrical bottles) in pharmacy, food, light industry, chemical industry, and etc. The machine can automatically complete such procedures as bottle distribution, label conveying, hot printing of legible date and batch No. on the label in one step, synchronous label separation and labeling.
The machine adopts mechanically and electrically integrated technology and selects high torque stepping motor drive. It is equipped with the OMRON photoelectric control device, power protection device and other advanced systems. Therefore, it has such features as starting buffering function, high machine sensitivity, low speed and high torque, stable speed, stable work voltage and strong anti-disturbance ability, so as to ensure accurate, stable, reliable and efficient labeling. No labeling is carried out in case of no bottle. It is the best labeling equipment for the production line (or single-machine) in the above industries.
