Sawdust Rotary Dryer Brief Introduction:

This Sawdust Rotary Dryer is suitable for Sawdust, Wood Chips, Biomass, Coconut Fiber, Wood                      

 Shavs, Manure of Chicken, Ducks, Livestock Waste, and Slaughtering Scraps, etc, which contains 

less than 65% water, having good effect on opening up feed resources, reducing the cost of feed and 

reducing environmental pollution.The manure dryer adopts the way of airflow drying, with high thermal 

efficiency. Under the premise of not destroy the quality of the finished product, it achieve deodorization 

and killing insects sterilization for the materials. The dryer can dry the materials containing much water to 

below 5% in the end.

Sawdust Rotary Dryer Work Principle: 

Conveyed from the feed screw directly into the dryer drum, raised by the drum wall panels repeatedly, 

and scattered by the crushing blow dispersion devices, materials and the negative hightemp media are 

combined sufficiently to complete heat and mass transfer process. Because of the influence of  the 

roller angle and the induced draft fan, the material move slowly from the inlet side to the outlet side, 

then they are discharged by the airflow in the outlet side, after further drying by the pipeline, the material 

enter into the dust catcher, finally shut out from the air seal machinery.
