Application of Coal Rotary Dryer:

Slag, Fly Ash, Sand, Silica Sand, limestone, lignite and Metallurgy, Building Materials, Chemistry and Other Industries, ainly stoving mineral powder,
Components of Coal Rotary Dryer:
Coal Rotary Dryer is made up of cylinder, lifting plate, transmission, supporting devices and others.
Based on reasonable layout an alternate anglechange equally spaced in cylinder, the lifting plate scatters
the wet material inside rotating cylinder. Hot air flow turns water into steam letting into air, and aimed
dry material is achieved.
Work Principle of Coal Rotary Dryer:
Materials are sent to hopper of Coal Rotary Dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator.The barrel
is installed with slope to horizontal line. Materials enter the barrel from the higher side, and hot air
enters the barrel from the lower side, materials and hot air mix together. Materials go to the lower
side by gravity whenthe barrel rotates. Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift materials up and down
to make materials and hot air mix completely. So drying efficiency is improved.
