Lignite Dryer Brief Introduction:
The complete lignite dryer equipments have advanced technology, unique performance. Zhengzhou Kehua
Industrial Equipment Co., LTD. Is according to various unique physical characteristics of lignite, made
innovation reform for lignite dryer inner structure, in order to satisfy the demands of lignite dehydration and
output requirements. Lignite dryer drum diameter is from Φ 1.5 ~ 5.2 m to the length 10 ~30m, capacity as
per hour is from 10 ~ 500t/h, feeding material moisture: 20 ~ 50 ±5%, after drying, the final product moisture
can drop to 5 ~15 ± 5% (adjustable).
1. During drying process, for fine granularity, high water bearing, high viscosity of clay materials (coal slime),
thoroughly solved a series of problems of the mud materials such as bond, jam etc. It has features of reliable
performance, unimpeded, loose effect is good, strong evaporation strength. The whole dry dehydration
process are go ahead under negative pressure and airtight situation, to eliminate the combustion and coal-dust explosion hidden danger.
2. This series of lignite dryer dehydration equipment is adopted new craft new technology: "feeding
sealing, dry dehydration, discharging seal". The complete equipment is automatically operating, adopts
convection heating change way, improve drying efficiency and reduce the emission concentrations,
reached the energy conservation & emission reduction and safe environmental protection purposes.
