The JK mechanical pellet mill uses innovative technology, providing a significant change in the way wood mass is formed into briquette, resulting in a substantial reduction in production power demand compared to traditional methods, and the mechanical pellet mill can produce both the pellet and the briquette, achieved a multifunction equipment.
Introduction of mechanical pellet mill
1. This mechanical pellet mill is the new type machine, produce the both pellet and the briquette by piston punching.
2. The main motor of the machine is 45 KW, this motor drives a piston to punch the material with 300 tons of impact force, to ensure the density of the pellet/briquette can reach 1-1.3g/cm3.
3. The puncing frequency is 272 times/min, ensure that the capacity of wood pellet/briquette is about 1-1.5T/H with different material.
4. This mechanical pellet mill can fit more kinds of material without changing the die, such as the grass, straw, and all kinds of wood.
5. Wide moisture requirement from 8%-20%, reduced a big power consumption from drying system.
