Function of Wood Pellet Mill, wood pellet machine

Working principle of Factory-outlet straw fuel pellet mill:
1. Pellet Mill: With the pellet mill interaction pressure between flat-die and pinch-roller and the friction of die hole taper ,the raw materials can form through the self-bounded fiber of the straw materials without any added bonding agent.
2. Pellet Mill Wide Material adaptable:Pellet mill adapt to a variety of biomass materials in shape, raw straw material with the length from powder to 50mm and the moisture content10-30% all can be processed.
3. Pellet Mill Electric heating function: Pellet mill with full automatic electric heating device can meet the needs of forming temperature and auto-add raw materials to pellet machine and adjust the density of finished products.
4. Wheel pressure automatic adjustment function: The use of Bi-direction Thrust bearing principle to adjust the pressure angle automatically, so that pellet mill molding can avoid raw material squeezing and does not work ,to ensure the stability of forming pellet.
5. Easy Operation: With high degree of automation, only two people are enough to operate the pellet machine, it is both ok to load materials manually and automatic loading by conveyor.
