Main feature of pellet mill:
1.the “taper shape” rollers make their ends rounding linear speed consistent with flat die,so it avoids dislocated friction which maybe created between rollers and die.In this way,it can reduce friction and save much energy consumption,lengthen die and roller life.
2.We adopt pressure and adjusting systems by hydraulic pump or controlling center vertical shaft as well as its assistant adjusting equipments.In this way,it can adjust pressure between rollers and flat die to fit for different pressure ratio materials,ensuring the pallet density.
3.Body of rollers are large and groove is broad.
4.Machine adopts high pressure filtration and lubricating systems.
