High Efficiency Rotary Drum Screen Used in Quarry

 High Efficiency Rotary Drum Screen is mainly composed of main motor, reducer, drum units, racks, closures, material inlet and outlet. Drum device is installed on the rack bias.

The motor through the reducer and the drum device are connected together by the coupling joint,driving drum device rotate along the axis.When the materials enter into the drum device,as the drum device bias and rotation, materials on the screen surface turn and roll, to make the qualified materials(after screening)are discharged from the bottom of drum back-end, and unqualified products(on the screening)are discharged from the discharge gate of the drum back-end. As the materials in the drum turn and roll,materials block in the sieve pore may be popup, prevent the sieve pore blocking.
