Iron Ore Magnetic beneficiation production line's composition:

The production line is composed of jaw crusher, ball mill, classifier, magnetic separator, flotation machine,thickener, dryer and other major equipment,matching up feeder,elevator and conveyor to make up a whole flotation production line.This production line has many advantages:high efficiency, energy saving, high handling capacity, economic rationality,etc.

Ore beneficiation production line work flow is as follows:
Jaw crusher--virbrate feeder--ball mill--spiral classifier--magnetic separator--flotation machine--thickener--dryer

1) Mining ore first is preliminary broken by the jaw crusher,crushing to a reasonable degree of fineness, by elevator and feeder, evenly feed into the ball mill,and then crush and grind by ball mill.After grind by ball mill,ore fine material access the next process-classification.

2) With the help of the principle of different precipitation speed as solid particle's proportion is different,spiral classifier wash and grading for ore mixture.

3) After washed and gradinged, when ore mixture goes through magnetic separator,as all kinds of mineral magnetic susceptibility is different,magnetic force and machanical force separate magnetic materials from mixture.

4) After magnetic separator preliminary separate,mineral grain is send into flotation machine,according to different mineral character,add different drugs to make wanted mineral ore separate from other materials.

5)After the desired minerals are separated out,because it contains a lot of water,so it must first be concentrated by the thickener,then dried by the dryer to get dry materials.
