Applications Of Ball Mill
Cement ball mill is the key equipment to crush again after materials are broken.Cement mill is widely used in cement,silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal processing and glass ceramics industry,etc.It can dry or dry grind a variety of ores and other grind-able materials.

 

Working Principle Of Ball Mill
The cement mill is horizontal cylindrical rotation device, driven by brim gearwheel. There are two chambers and grid. Material goes into the first chamber through the feeding inlet. Inside the first chamber, there are stage liners and ripple liners as well as steel balls. The shell rotates so as to generate electricity, and this force brings ball to a certain height and then balls drop down by gravity, the impact is the grinding force to the material. After the primary grinding, materials go into the second chamber through segregate screen. In the second chamber, there are flat liners and steel ball. After the secondary grinding, material is discharged from the discharging mouth. Then the whole grinding process is ended.

Structure Of Ball Mill

Cement mill is composed of feeding parts,discharging part, turning part, transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electric control),etc.Hollow axis adopts the cast steel,lining can be replaced,rotary rack wheel adopts casting gear for process,in the barrel beset with wear-resisting liner,it has good abrasion resistance.The machine runs smoothly,work reliably.

 

Note:Cement mill is used to grind cement raw materials,which is divided into dry method and wet method.
