.Horizontal Boring Machine TX611B
High rigidity spindle system, can be used for roughing processing and heavy cutting, high efficiency, Bed, column, topslide, bottom side, all use rectangular guides, with PTFE material coating, abrasion and pressure resistant, good stability. Headstock end has facing plate radial direction turret, can for radial directionprocessing. Can choose hanging wheel for thread processing. Moving parts can be rapid-moving rotary table, use pin positioning on 0°,90°,180°,270° position, manual clamping, positioning accuracy, high precision. Headstock heavy hammer balance, smooth movement. Safety device will be disengaged automatically when overload feeding, to prevent damage to the workpiece and tool. Machine manual fine-tuning of the moving parts by hand wheel operation. When any moving parts all can be adjusted by manual.For rapid moving or mechanical feeding, hand-wheel exit automatically, to ensure easy and reliable operation.
