The Motor vibrating feeder also called Vibratory feeder which is used to transfer the large size materials and granular materials from Silo to receiving device uniformly, periodically and continuously in the production flow and to feed materials into the crusher continuously and uniformly also to screen the materials in the sandstone production line. It has the ability of adjusting the feeding quantity, and is widely applied in crushing line and screening line in the following departments: mine, stone crushing plant, metallurgy, building material, chemical industry, coal mine and so on.
Motor vibrating feeder application scope:
1) Motor vibrating feeder can feed block or granule materials from the material storage to charging device evenly and continuously. It can realize even feeding for crushers in sandstone production line and make rough screening for materials.
2) Widely applied in combined operation of crushing and screening in the industries like metallurgy, mine, mine selection, building materials, chemicals, etc.
Motor vibrating feeder feature:
1) Designed for constant load feeding and scalping of blasted stone.
2) Power transferred through Flexible universal joint to main shaft instead of conventional pulley with belts to reduce wear and bearing’s load to minimum.
3) Continuity is good and has the ability of adjusting the feeding quantity
