Q1: How to ensure its alignment of fabric selvedge?

A1: 1) The cloth guider at feeding position can make the fabric at center position;

       2) The Edge Allignment Raster on the machine can detect the fabric edge and move left or

right for automatical selvedge alignment and its error less than 6 millimeter.

Q2: Is the machine has the function to control the fabric tension?

A2: The function of fabric tension control is available. The machine could be developed to suit

for high elasticity knitted fabric.

Q3: Is the machine have length counting? In Meter or Yard or Inch?

A3: Yes, Digital Counter Meter is installed on the machine which gives Meter counting or Yard

counting. The desired length also could be pre-set on the digital counter meter. When arrives

at pre-set length, machine stops automatically.

Q4:What is the electrical specs? Can I use the machine directly in my country?

A4: It is 3 phase, 380v and 50hz; we could make it suitable for different countries.

Q5: Is the control panel in English?

A5: Yes, it is in English.

Q6: How long is the warranty? If any problems, how to solve it?

A6: 13 months from the date of shipment. If any quality problems within warranty, SUNTECH 

will responsible for it, and send new replacements.

Q7: Will you provide free spare parts along with the machine?

A7: Yes, 5% to 10% free spare parts will be sent with the machine.
