Main Features

Drive: Servomotor drive system

Set up: Touch screen easy setting
1. Under the necessity of moulding process, touch-screen can digital set up press-times, press-strength, press-speed and so on, so as to reduce factitious factor, and improve stability of product quality.
2. Touch screen can real time display the working status, system can monitor the production process, and detect and report equipment failure automatically.
3. Touch screen can set password protection, ensure production safety.
Operation; One button operation
1. Don't need skilled press machine operator, press the button to automatically complete the whole set of press process, and it's laborsaving.
2. Set the emergency stop button, achieve emergency braking, and improve the production safety.
Protection: Multi safety protection
1. Achieve zero speed and torque brake servomotor.
2. Cylinder to push the friction plate to produce mechanical brake for the fly-wheel.
3. Slider will stop at once when power supply is anomaly.
4.Infrared safety raster form a safety screen, to ensure the safety of the personnel in the process of production.
Maintenance: Auto lubrication system
Using program controlled grease lubrication system, completely free maintenance, improve the usage life of equipment and reduce production costs.
