- USPK1280A 12 axis camless CNC versatile spring Rotating forming machine, is a new type of multifunctional camless spring machine series, is to Kaichuamg spring machinery independent R & D and production and marketing of a 12 axis camless belt line NC universal spring coiling machine, the standard line size is 3.0-8.0mm (to oil tempered wire as reference), and is mainly suitable for in the production of various precision compression spring, a tension spring, torsion spring, scroll spring, tower spring, flat wire springs, special-shaped spring spring wire molding products.
- USPK1280A 12 axis camless CNC versatile spring Rotating forming machine by Taiwan computer windows 7 operating system and imported from Japan Yaskawa servo motor, have unique without cam and rocker arm design, turret with eight sets of servo motor control, which tool eight axle, wire feeding a shaft, rotating core axis, line shaft and a curl of a shaft.
- The system is composed of a crank connecting rod forming system, wire and wire transfer system, wire straightening system and rotary core system etc..
- USPK1280A camless spring machine can be equipped with hydraulic scissors cutting device, the noise is small, the mandrel and the machine damage is zero.
