This machine is used to clean the oil, plating color and dry the water from the zipper tape. It effectively solves the problem of high labor cost.
The chassis is welded together with the imported pvc plastic plate; it will not be corroded by any chemical. The rotating shaft and bearing housing are made of stainless steel, and the active wheel is made of rubber wheel. The zipper passes through the oil-cleaning tank, cleaning tanks, chemical tank, cleaning tank, chemical tank, cleaning tank, and then cleaning again with high pressure. Conversion tanks are equipped with a suction device and drum gas device. This machine is with chemical reclaiming tank therefore used can recycle the chemical to save the cost of chemical.
