Performance and Feature
- USPK1260A CNC spring forming machine is a twelve axis without cam CNC spring line forming machine, Kaichuagn spring machinery factory is a R & D and production of 12 axis without cam belt line CNC spring machine, the standard wire diameter of 2.5-6.0mm, mainly applicable to the production of various specifications of the special-shaped springs and wire forming products etc..
- USPK1260A CNC spring forming machine adopts Taiwan JingWei microcomputer NC system and Japan Yaskawa servo motor, the use of the unique non cam and rocker design tool free, independent control consists of eight sets of servo motor, knife 8 axis, 1 axis, send spool rotating core 1 axis, 1 axis and 1 transgenic lines curled shaft. The system is composed of a crank connecting rod forming system, wire feeding and wire transfer systems, wire straightening system and turn the core system.
- The machine can be equipped with hydraulic scissors cutting device, small noise, the mandrel and machine damage is zero. Greatly increased the processing range, precision machine spring, fast, stable production.
