Horizontal Gap Bed Turning Lathe Machine
Features:
These lathes are mainly suitable for turning internal and external cylindrical, conical and other swing surfaces as well as various metric, inch, module and diametric pitch threads. They also can be used for broaching oil grooves and keyways.
1. Hardened by means of middle -frequency induction method, the guideway surfaces of the beds are durable.
2. The construction rigidity and driving rigidity are higher.
3. With higher power utilization ratio, these lathes are suitable for heavy and high speed cutting operation.
4. There are thres kinds of spindle bore available for choice.
DL-...A means 52mm spindle bore;
DL-...B means 82mm spindle bore;
DL-...C means 105mm spindle bore;
