CNC HORIZONTAL BORING MILLING MACHINE
Features:
1. This series machines includes TXK-100B, TXK-100C, and TXK-100D three types.
2. The worktable with manual swing structure, at 0 °, 90 °, 180 °, 270 ° at four positions with a pin positioning, high positioning accuracy, the table locking manually clamp structure.
3. X, Y, Z axis adopt imported ball screw, smooth motion and high accuracy.
4. The headstock adopts gear driving structure, greatly improving the spindle output, transmission, torque, maximum torque the 1100N.m, maximum speed 1100rpm.
5. Shank MAS403 • BT50 standards, pull stud using MAS403 P50T-1.
6. CNC system are FANUC 0i or SIEMENS 802DSL for choice, AC servo motor drive, high-performance advanced precision.
7. Machine configuration flat rotating disk, extended use, suitable for plane milling and holes of box parts.
