Performance and Feature

The machine is used for cutting straight-tooth and helicaitooth spline shaft, and straight-tooth,helical-tooth cylindrical geal workpiece with all kinds of tooth shape by using hobbing method. It can also hob straight-tooth and helical-tooth connecting shaft gear, and cutting taper spline, cone bottom spline as well as stepped gear.
The machine controls index by using electrical gear cabinet, the action of adjustment drive and shift of hob is finished automatically by CNC. And the precision is very high, it has wider range of speed of hobbing cutter. The hobbing speed is adjustable from 200r/min to 1200r/min steplessly. The maximum speed of workpiece is 200 rotors, and the cutting efficiency is rather high, as well as the cry cutting can be come ture in the condition of wind colling.
The machine can finish automatically single index and it can single index and it can single cut by using palte cutter.
Two different specification hobbing cutters can be mounted on the machine at the same time. It can cut different specification spline shaft and gear by installing the workpiece only once.
It is suitable for cutting all kinds of teeth shape spline shaft and gear in machine building industries. It can adopt six axis CNC.
