*The resin sand castings are applied in production of machine beds, saddles, work tables, spindle boxes and columns with a box structure of optimal reinforced ribs to make the machine having optimum rigidity and high strength, maintaining accuracy and stability for a long time.

*High precision ball screws and motors are connected by a rigid coupling on each axis.

*Ballscrew on each axis is pre-tensioned to ensure better driven rigidity and stable positioning accuracy.

*Linear guide ways make the machine feed with low vibration, high positioning accuracy and no crawling. Heavy machining is implemented thanks to the use of high power and torque spindle motor.

*Coolant and chips can be recycled safely and completely since the full-enclosure shielding and chip conveyor are being used.
