1. The main structure of bed & column adopt the high rigidity cast iron, which through highly efficient quenching heat treatment, ensure the stability and durability of the accuracy.
2. The column design adopts the structure with wide span, which has high rigidity and stability.
3. The counterweight system in the back of the column has the biaxial orientation, make the spindle box’s movement more stable, and effectively restrain the negative effects of vibration.
4. The 3axes are adopted P3 level precision ball screw, through the pre-tighten of double nuts washers to realize the stability of the positioning and repeat positioning accuracy.
5. The 3axes are all equipped with the high precision linear rolling guide, which increase the feed speed and ensure the processing precision.
6. Precision high-speed spindle unit and AC servo motor are linked by the synchronous belt, low noise, small vibration and low heat value, can milling, drilling, reaming, boring, and tapping.
7. Long vertical travel(Z axis travel 500mm). Also can be equipped with the optional 4th axis for dividing.
8. Metal plate integrated design, full closed safety guard, good overall and high sealing performance.
