Main Functions and Features
1. The large aperture strong cutting CNC lathe is a high rigidity and precision machining equipment, high precision, high reliability, high intensity performance, especially for rough finish, small batch, large and medium-sized workpiece, the machine is easy to operate, with the automatic processing inside and outside round, conical surface, grooves, arc, spherical, and a cariety of thread and other fuctions.
2. The bed legs is conjioned, all castings made of high-grade resin sand casting, and after artificial aging treatment; guideways ultrasound quenching precision grinding, manual scraping, good wear resistance, long-term stability to maintain the machining accuracy and service life, main motor adopt high-power frequency conversion motor, in order to meet the requirements of the powerful cutting machine adjustment range.
3. Spindle is supported at three points, four bearings, low speed high torque output in second gear inverter, vertical and horizontal carriage precision ball rod drive. System using Beijing KND control system, also can use the system according to the requirements of customers, such as Japan FANUC or Germany SIEMENS CNC system.
4. The workpiece clamping jaw chuck. Hydraulic chuck or pneumatic chuck according to customers.
