Main Functions and Features
1. The lathe is a high precision CNC lathe, the machine uses the whole bed(bed base integrated design, to avoid the cumulative error generated when the assembly).
2. The main drive stepless frequency control, enabling constant speed cutting function.
3. The machine moves with high precision linear motion guide; movement without noise, to ensure that the workpiece has a better surface roughness(non-ferrous metals up to 0.4) and faster processing speed.
4. All castings using high-grade resin sand molding casting, and after artificial aging treatment; rails using telescopic protection, improved waterproof, anti-litter capacity. machine guide, carriage, screw adopt automatic periodic lubrication.
5. The machine uses wide range; applicable to instruments, meters, light, standrad parts, autoparts industry and processing of plumbing parts, especially for non-ferrous metals, stainless steel and many other high-speed precision machining of small parts.
6. Standard configuration of the machine is Beijing KND control system, manual clamping chuck, in order to meet customer needs can choose other control system and clamping chuck(pneumatic or hydraulic).
