The pure zircon brick raw material is fused zirconia hollow balls, processed by molding, high temperature sintering. Zirconia hollow ball bricks has the features of high temperature resistance (the highest temperature ≥2350 ℃), acid corrosion, good insulation, high thermal stability.

 

Zirconia brick is widely used in non-metallic materials industry, petrochemical, iron and steel smelting, defense, electronics industry and other fields. For example it can be applied in metallurgical industrial silicon furnace lining, oil industry hydrogen furnace, high temperature insulation lining gasifier apparatus, IF carbide furnace insulation lining.
