Alumina bubble brick adopts Alumina bubble as the main material, high-performance ultra-fine powder as additive and organic binder material. After forming and drying, the alumina bubble products are baked in shuttle kiln at 1750 ℃. The final products have the features of light weight, high temperature, small reheating linear change, good thermal shock resistance. It can reduce the costs on kilns build, saving power and widely used in high-temperature furnaces in the field of metallurgy, chemicals, glass, ceramics, refractories and other industries.
Features of Alumina Bubble Brick:
• High Using Temperature can be above 1750℃ with good thermal stability. Small reheating Linear change rate, longer service life.
• Optimized structure reducing the weight of the furnace:
The bulk density of alumina bubble brick is only 1.1 ~ 1.5g / cm, the weight can be reduced 1.1-1.9t for 1 cubic meter by using alumina bubble brick.
• Material Saving:
It can save 80% fire-resistant insulation material by using alumina bubble brick.
