Zircon brick adopts high purity Australian high purity zircon sand as raw material with fused corundum, mullite and high purity binder, which is produced with high pressure and temperature. With the features of anti-erosion, good resistance to washing and high strength, zircon refractory bricks are mainly applied to the important position of glass furnace, glass fiber furnace, garbage incinerator, electrothermal furnace, etc.
Zircon corundum bricks are mainly used in bottom of molten pool and the some position of glass-melting furnace.
The pure zircon brick raw material is fused zirconia hollow balls, processed by molding, high temperature sintering. Zirconia hollow ball bricks has the features of high temperature resistance (the highest temperature ≥2350 ℃), acid corrosion, good insulation, high thermal stability.
Zirconia brick is widely used in non-metallic materials industry, petrochemical, iron and steel smelting, defense, electronics industry and other fields. For example it can be applied in metallurgical industrial silicon furnace lining, oil industry hydrogen furnace, high temperature insulation lining gasifier apparatus, IF carbide furnace insulation lining.
