Introduce of press ball machine
Press ball machine is mainly used for non-ferrous and ferrous metal ore powder ball made block directly putting them into the furnace smelting to improve the added value.

Application of press ball machine
Coke powder ball press machine can be used to compress the pulverized coal, iron powder, coking coal, aluminum powder, scrap iron and tin oxide, carbon powder, slag, gypsum, tailings, sludge, kaolin, activated carbon, coke, waste residue etc.It is widely used in refractories, power plant, metallurgy, chemical, energy, transportation, heating, etc. The products that molded at last are energy conservation and environmental protection, easy to transport and greatly improve the utilization rate of the waste.It has great economy and social benefit.
Working Principle of press ball machine
It is mainly composed by feeding port, twin rollers, conveyors for final briquettes, screener, gear box, reducer, motor, etc. It is widely used for pressing powder material into briquettes by its twin rollers with high pressure.
Features of press ball machine
The three high characteristics: high density, high strength, highly hardness. Four rollers, two of them can be movable.
The final product that ball press gives is smokeless, non-toxic, non peculiar and environment protective, applicable to the outdoor or indoor barbecue with ventilation.
