Application of JKBA Plastic Extrusion Blow Molding Machine:
JKBA Extrusion blow molding machine is used to produce all kinds of plastic bottles such as PVC, PE, PP, barrels and other containers in regular shapes. Our extrusion blow molding machines are characterized by high productivity, energy efficiency, good molding quality and pollution-free quality.

Characteristics:
1. PLC+touch screen, making the operation easy. Automatic malfunction alarm with selfdiagnosis, making the malfunction clear at a glance.
2. Accumulator die head whose runner is made by high-quality mitrede alloy steel with morrorsurface treatment, material and colour qucik reload.
3. Unique "linear guide" to the clamping structure to ensure mold-lock uniform, knit line smoother.
4. Hydraulic system designed under energy-saving hydraulic principles, lower energy consumption by 20%-40% compared with the conventional model. At the same time, a significant reduction in oil temperature extends the service life of hydraulic parts.
5. Various functions are optional because of different technical requirements such as bottom blow and lift, rotation, encapsulation, material support, sub-mould, robot, manipulator, thickness control system, etc.
