ZXS Series Linear Vibrating Screen

Principle of ZXS Series Linear Vibrating Screen :

ZXS series linear vibrating screen is driving by two vibration motors.

Its exciting force generated by eccentric block cancels out each other in the direction 

of paralleling to the motor axis,and stacks as a joint force in the direction of perpendicular to 

the motor shaft.So the moving trajectory of this kind of screening machine is a straight line.

Relative to the screen surface, the two motor shaft has a dip.In the combined force of exciting 

force and gravity of material itself,materials on the sieve surface are thrown up and leap forward

 for linear motion so as to achieve the goal on material selection and classification.

Application of the ZXS Series Linear Vibrating Screen:

 Applied to variety of dry powder material's screening based on particle size 0.074-10mm, moisture content less than 70% and non-sticky. Maximum feed size is not greater than 10mm. Mainly used in fine particle material's 

screening in many kinds of industries such as abrasives, building materials, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, 

metallurgy, resin powder, ceramic raw materials etc.

Vibrating Screen Features:

1,High efficiency and any powder or particles can be screened.

2,Easy screen changing or draping,easy operation and easy to clean.

3,Less energy consumption and low noise.

4,Mesh does not block, seal well, powder not flying,and can be screened to 200 mesh or 0.074mm.

5,Impurities and coarse can be automatically discharged and it supports a continuous operation.

6,There are two kinds of screen frame:wood and steel.Lightweight ,durable and easy to change screen.

7,Simple structure and easy maintenance.

8,The sieve machine can achieve maximum six layers but we suggest you use three layers.
