Product description

BCGF 18-18-6 Glass Bottle Beer Filling 3 in 1 Monoblock Unit

The parts contact with the drink all made of good stainless steel (Minimum 304).

Driving and conveying System are driven by seamer.
Gas-controlling system receives and distributes the air/CO₂etc. to each point. All tie-ins with decompress valve and filters.
With centralized panel and touch screen. PLC and frequency inverter control.
Beer inlet is by a pneumatic adjusting valve. Inside the filling bowl, there is liquid level control sensor to balance the filling bowl level and pressure by integral control of the beer inlet valve.
Seaming roller and pressing head material: Stainless steel imported from Switzerland or Taiwan.
For beer, prefers to adopt Stainless steel instead of Cr12MoV to avoid eroding.
