characters of equipment:
1We use direct connection technology between air conveyor and in-feeding starwheel to substitute in-feeding screw and conveyor to ease the process of bottle-size-changing.
2Neck-hanging technology is applied in bottle transportation. Instead of traditional starwheel, we use neck-hanging gripper to make bottle-size-changing easily , without equipment height adjustment ,only arch board and starwheel such little nylon parts need to be changed.
3Specially-designed rinser grippers which are made of stainless steel are firm and endurable, with no contact to screw part of the bottle to prevent second pollution.
4Rapid gravity filling valve with high flow makes filling faster with accurate liquid level and without any liquid loss
5splint of starwheel using twist descending way to simplify the process of bottle-size-changing.

Rinsing:
1. Neck grippers are applied convenient bottle size change .
2. Could do multi rinsing if needed.
3. No bottle no rinse.
4. If liquid level drops, the safety system will stop the machine.
5. If machine stops, a gage at the infeed gate will stop bottles entering.
6. A swift plug at the gripper head made of food grade rubber, with a open gatherer, mounted on the center of the rinser to gather the rinse liquid.
Filling:

1.All the transfer parts are below filling valves to ensure sanity.
2. Neck support filling could eliminate stress to PET bottle with easy changeover
3.Hanger made of AISI304 stainless steel supported by a big bearing so ensure good weight distribution
4. Filling valves are all made of AISI316 food grade stainless steel and non-rotten seals, easy to assemble and dissemble, mirror polish
5.No bottle no fill

Capping:

1.pick&place technology
2.Magnetic control of capping torque, adjustable between7-25LBS,top load adjustable
3. No bottle no cap and cap eliminating device.
4.Rotate shield has precise angles to ensure stable running
5. Less and thicker threads for cap variety.

6. New design has stronger magnetic, 2 magnets dont touch and in a sealing situation.
