Features:
electro forged grating welding machine is use for finish horizontal twisted(round, square) cross bar and vertical bearing flat bar welding automatically production line, the products can reach hundreds of kinds of specifications , apply to the platforms of such trades as petroleum , chemical industry , electricity , quay , municipal administration , environmental protection , national defence, etc. , hang and carry , enclose the bar , walk etc. extensively.
18 meters long, 3.8 meters wide production line this, according to process divide into charging material position , welding position , cutting end head of cross position, finished product table position. Loading flat steel by manual, material loading adopt artificial material loading (bearing flat bar ), and stepping automatically. Horizontal pole (cross bar ) fallen automatically , then weld automatically, walk automatically into the cutting excess of the cross rod position and cutting automatically, and then the finished grating walking into the grating table. Hand over the finished product to the depositing area of the finished product to reach.
