Electro forge steel grating welding machine (small type)
Machine Characteristics:
1. The machine adopts technology of power electronic synchronous control; the welding time and separate-welding are combined by digital integrated circuits.
2. The control precision are very accurate, operate smoothly; the welding spots are very firm.
3. The mesh pulling parts adopts imported pneumatic elements, it has characteristic of pressure uniformity, few malfunction and long service life.
4. Weld 2 spots one time.
5. Two air-cylinders support energy for drawing mesh; Hydraulic device controls two welding electrodes.

Pressure welded steel grating machine (large type)
Machine Characteristics:
1. Our grating machine adopts advanced medium frequency (1000Hz) technology.
2. Its instantaneous electric current is very strong and welding time is short, so it can save approximately 30%-50% power energy than low frequency (50Hz) grating machine.
3. Moreover in contrast to low frequency (50Hz) grating machine, its matched transformer can even save 40%-50%KVA.
4. The machine can weld two rows per time.
5. The twisted bars are fed automatically instead of fed by manual work.
