these lines can produce wood pellets from raw material-sawdust to finished pellets. Combined with crushing, drying, palletizing, cooling, and so on, it can be also added wood chipper, and last packing together according to the customers’ demand.
Introduce:
The line combied with 3 sets of wood pellet mill, 3 sets of drier, 1 screener, 1 hammer mill, stock bin, mixer, materials silo, conditioner, pellet mill, screener and packing machine. The line can reach 30000-50000 ton per shift yearly, three-dimensional installment, stable performance.
we will design different capacity plant to meet for your requirement,
such as:
- 0.8-1.2t/h capacity with one set pellet mill
- 1-1.5t/h capacity with one set pellet mill
- 1.5-2 t/h capacity with one set pellet mill
- 2-3t/h capacity with one set pellet mill or two set pellet mill.
- 3-4t/h capacity with two sets pellet mill
- 4-5t/h capacity with two sets pellet mill
Flow chart:
1). Crusher (to crush the materials into sawdusts or powders);
↓
2). Dryer (to remove the moisture in materials till it get to the level of 8% - 13%);
↓
3). Pellet mill (to press the materials into pellets, with sizes from 2 - 30mm, up to you);
↓
4). Cooling machine (to cool down the output pellets and remove some moisture);
↓
5). Sieving machine (to remove the dusts and broken pellets);
↓
6). Packing machine (to put the pellets into bags of required sizes).
The production line involves in the all single devices aiming to produce the final products, which includes the biomass pellet production line, wood chips production line and feed production line etc. The biomass production line serves for new biomass energy to produce the biomass fuel with wood, sawdust, rice husk, EFB, grass, straw and other biomass materials. The wood chips production line designed with different demands is our new promotion in the purpose of making wood chips.
Pelletizing is the process of making waste materials into solid fuel. The objects are used for burning purposes. Biomass Pellet can be made from any type of Agro-Forestry waste.
