General introduction of small pellet machine
1.Wood pellet machine adopts advantages of both horizontal ring die and flat die pellet machine. When it works, rollers( 3 roller) move, die stable. It can press very low adhesive biomass waste into high density pellets. Pellets density can be 1.1-1.4 ton/m3.
2. Wood pellet machine adopts vertical feeding materials advantages, feed materials vertically and directly to pelletizing room. ring die and roller assemble works in a horizontal way. Other suppliers ring die only feed materials from gear box side and its ring die work in a vertical level. their feeding speed and working efficiency are both very lower.Not suitable for press wood pellets.
3.Wood pellet machine has depent lubricate system, which can lubricate bearing inside of the roller automatically, protecting the spare parts. So life span are very long.
4.Wood pellet machine contains hydraulic pressure pump, which can adjust pressure automatically to fit for different materials pressure ratio. When adjusted to the fit pressure, pressure will keep stable automatically, but other supplier pellet machine need to adjust pressure manufally each time use. Very trouble to operate.
5.Wood pellet machine work with fan blower and bag dust collector.
