Brief of vertical ring die wood pellet machine
wood pellet machine can produce 4-12mm pellets, last pellet length can be adjusted optionally. The wood pellet machine is mainly applicable to crude fiber granulation ,such as: sawdust, rice husk ,cotton stalk, cotton seed hull, weeds and all kinds of crop straw, home wastage, waste plastics and the factory waste, the material of low adhesion rate, difficult to forming.
This type of pellet mill is widely used in the biomass-energy fuels plant, power plant, wood processing plant etc. It is the ideal pressing shaping equipments with low investment and high profit.

After sales of vertical ring die wood pellet machine
1.Guarantee period is 13months, since the date of purchasing (with invoice), if there are failure issues due to manufacturing quality during this 13 months, factory will be responsible for the maintenance for free. (Die, rollers, bearing, spare parts are not included).
2.If failure or damage caused by the user’s improper operation, our factory will provide paid services.
3.Users need service, please contact our factory.
4. New drawing and technical parameters will change without notice to the user, please understand.

B.What is your raw material?-----According to different raw material(such as hard wood,soft
wood,straw,rice husk), capacity is different.
C.What is your raw material size?-----Best size for pressing high quality pellets is less than 4mm.
D.What is the moisture of your raw material?-----Better to be 10-15%.
