I.RTS Vacuum Ceramic Filter Brief:
The desulfur filter adopts capillary function:only water can pass,air and minerals can not in order to assurenon-vacuum loss,therefore consumption and water content of materials are greatly lowered.It is latest high efficient,energy-saving and solid-liquid separating equipment with combination of ceramic micropore,ultrasonic tech and automatic control.
II.Working Principle:
This filter contains rotor,slurry hopper,vacuum system and cleaning system.Under function of vacuum force and capillary function,there will be one layer of materials on surface of the screen board.Filtrate will be discharged to discharging tank via the board,the filter cake will be dehydrated under function of vacuum force.Filter cake will be discharged via scraper then enter into back-cleaning district to clean the board via water or steam,then one circulation is finished.After running 7 hours,the filter should be mixed with ultrasonic and acid with low concentration to keep high working efficiency of the filter.
III.Characteristics:
1. Non-cloth filter:high vacuum degree,filter cake has good drying performance.
2. Filtrate is clean and clear,repeated application is available to less drainage.
3. Low consumption and it can salve 80 energy or even more in contrast with other equipment.
4. Screen board adopts latest while agglomeration technique with long service life and good filtering effect.
