Features of belt type vaccum filters:
1.Vacuum box and filtering tape with annular friction between with water seal, and lubrication and cooling vacuum sealing is reliable, can maintain the stable realism, lower filter cake and the water content of the stability for the operation process condition, and the ring with friction friction resistance, long service life and easy to change, quickly.
2.The air cushion type support adhesive tape or water film mat type support or encryption type roller support, the tape floating in support pad operation, reduce the operating resistance, to extend the service life of the tape.
The machine adopts ring filter tape, tensile strength, and long service life.
3.The whole structure using modular design, flexible assembly and is easy to transport and install.
4.A balloon type filter cloth to be automatic correction device, can ensure that the filter cloth and stable operation.
5.A balanced equilibrium automatic vacuum drainage separation device or liquid column type drainage separation device, can realize the flexible vacuum belt dehydrator zero sent automatic liquid discharge or high poor drainage, in order to meet the various requirements of the working conditions of use.
6.Control system according to the requirement of customer can use PLC control system.
