Introduction of ball mill machine grinding media
ball mill machine is the key milling mechanical equipment. It is composed of feeding part, discharging part, turing part and driving part. Mining ball mill is widely used in the manufacture industries, such as cement, silicate, new building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ferrous metal, nonferrous metal an glass ceramics. There are two ways of grinding: wet grinding and dry grinding.
Basic Structure
Ball mill is mainly composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotation part and driving part which includes gear box, small transmission gearwheel, electric motor and electric control. The hollow shaft adopts steel casting, the inner liner can be dismantled and changed, and the rotation gearwheel uses casting hobbing processing and inside the cylinder there are wearable liners which has good wear-resistance. This machine has stable operation and reliable performance.
Working Principle of ball mill machine
ball mill machine normally adopts edge transmission. Mining ball mill usually adopts single chamber structure. When the shell rotates, grinding mediums attach to shell's inside liner . Afer rising to some height with the shell, the grinding mediums free fall down. Materials receive impact crushing and grinding, meanwhile, they flow from feeding end to dischargig end.
