WET MAGNETIC SEPARATOR ITRODUCTION.
Wet permanent magnetic separator is suitable for separating strong magnetic minerals. WET MAGNETIC SEPARATOR WORKING PRINCIPLE.
The working principle of wet magnetic separator is as the following: When the ore pulp folw into the magnetic field, the strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the drum. The weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are cast off and discharged, while the strong magnetic minerals on the surface of the drum rotate with the drum and will be brought out of magnetic field to complete the sorting operation.
WET MAGNETIC SEPARATOR APPLICATION.
Wet magnetic separator is widely used in mineral processing, coal washing and chemical industries for strong magnetic minerals that wet classification size ranges from 0 to 6 mm, and divides the minerals into magnetic and non-magnetic materials.
