DRY MAGNETIC SEPARATOR ITRODUCTION.
Dry magnetic separator is commonly used for iron ore and manganese ore equipment equipment, strong magnetic separation machineprocessing equipment mainstream. Dry magnetic separator magnetic separation machinery for dry magnetic separation of minerals, relative tothe wet magnetic separator for separating minerals are used as diluent liquid to improve the sorting efficiency, dry magnetic separator requires selected mineral drying, particles can be freely moved into an independent, free state, otherwise it will affect the separation effect, eventhis will result in no sorting consequences.
DRY MAGNETIC SEPARATOR WORKING PRINCIPLE.
The working principle of dry magnetic separator is when the ore powder folw into the magnetic field, the strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the drum. The weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are cast off and discharged, while the strong magnetic minerals on the surface of the drum rotate with the drum and will be brought out of magnetic field to complete the sorting operation.
DRY MAGNETIC SEPARATOR APPLICATION.
Dry magnetic separator is apply to the dry preconcentration of high-grade and lean magnetite ore before grinding with the selected granularity below 30mm. The finer the granularity is, the better the result is. Generally, large amount of tailings can be discharged, and the grinding quality can be greatly enhanced. To be applied to dry separation and recycling of the lost magnetite from the abandoned tailings. To be applied to dry separation and recycling of ferromagnetic materials from the abandoned steel slag.
