Wood chips dryer is a kind of drying equipment that using flow drying process,can dry can dehydrate the materials in large quantity quickly.There is high speed crushing device in the drum which increase the contact area of the materials and drying medium,Some unique design inside the equipment makes the material that not easily adhered on the operating board and the drum wall,the whole insulation and sealing are good ,thermal efficiency is higher than the usual drum dryer.

2.Raw Materials
The Rotary Dryer can dry many kinds of materials which contain moisture and it is widely used in the field of building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, cement,sand, chalk slag, slags,coal powder, mining ore powder, clay, limestone, wood chips and wood powder, animal dung and so on.The rotary dryer has a better adaptability and can dry various materials with a simple and reliable operation.
3.The Main Structure of Rotary Dryer
The rotary dryer is mainly composed by the revolving body, lifting plate, driving device, supporting device, sealing ring and other components.
4.Working principle of the machine
The hot temperature flue gas generated by the high temperature stove is fully burned and cleaned by the purifying room.And it lowers down to 350~400℃ and directly goes into the inner body of the rotary drum dryer. The materials are sent by the conveying devices into the rotary drum dryer and achieves the fair current drying. The materials are brought up by the shoveling plate and fell down in a spiral way to go through heat transfer. In order to fully take advantage of the heat, uniform type lifting board are installed inside of the rotary drum dryer, making the hot wind and materials fully contact and dry.Then materials move to the another end of the rotary drum dryer and get out.
