Wood dryer ( GHJ Series ) is a kind of dryer enquipment used in animal feed and industry. 2) Using flow drying technology, this drier can quickly dry and dehydrate the materials in large quantity.
3) There is high speed crushing device in the drum which increases the contact area of materials and drying medium. Some unique design inside the equipment makes materials not easily adhered on the operating board and the drum wall. The whole insulation and sealing are good and thermal efficiency is higher than usual drum dryers.
4) The drier is enquipped with new energy-saving hot-blast stove which saves energy and achieves high effciency.
5) Terminal moisture index can be adjustable suit to clients' requirements.
6) Heating furnace is enquipped with the decontamination chamber which greatly reduces dust emission and effectively protects environments.

3. Working Principls
After hot gas produced by high-temperature furnace is fully burned and purified in the decontamination chamber, its temperature reduces to 350-400C. Then this gas directly enters into the drier's inner liner. Raw materials which enter from feeding device is straightforwardly dried. Materials are continuously lifted by lifting flight and scatter in a spiral manner to achieve heat exchange. In order to fully use heat quantity, lifting flights are installed in a uniform manner in the drying drum, which can make hot gas and materials fully mixing to dry materials. Finally these materials move to the other end of the drying drum and are discharged from the discharge port.
4. Product Application
GHJ Series wood dryer machine can dry many kinds of raw materials with high moisture in the field of building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, cement, sand, chalk slag, slags, coal powder, mining ore powder, clay, limestone, wood chips and wood powder, animal dung and so on. The drum dryer has a better adaptability and can dry a variety of materials with a simple and reliable operation.
