Airflow dryer is called pulse air flow dryer or hot air pipeline dryer with the advantages of direct heating ,fast drying,foldable installation and saving space,Its principle is to let the damp raw material and high temperature air mixing,finally separated the water from the raw materials through the separator. The airflow speed fluctuates through the variable diamerer pipeline which greatly improves the heat transfer coefficient and greatly save energy in continuous drying operation. The amount of electricity and fuel is than any other of drying equipments.

1. It can reduce moisture from 40-45% to 8-12%.
2. Size of input materials: less than 5mm.
3. Fuel for the furnace: wood waste, coal. Waste oil and so on.

Yes, you can use coal, gas, electricity, oil and wind power to heat the dryer machine.
Q2.How the rotary dryer to work?
The raw material plate is arranged conveniently to allow adjustable angle positions. The material to be dried is inserted to the rotary cylinder through the raw material plate. Hot air flows within the cylinder causing the separation of water from the material by converting it into vapor which is discharged into the atmosphere. At this point, the material becomes dry.
