Application
Various of bulk materials stacking in open air cause dust pollution and materials lack even make bad environment for residents and factories.
The principle of Dust shield wall is the same as aerodynamic principle , there will be two phenomenon separate and adhesion behind the wall
when the wind though the dust shield wall,And appear above and blew interfere airflow, they decrease the speed of the wind and reach the effect of dust shield.
This machine is widely used in
1. power plant, coal mine , coking , coal washer collection factory.
3. Steel, building material cement enterprise and other open air material factory
4. Railway ,road coal collect factory.
5.Construction field, dust raise.
This line consists of punching, molding, and cutting, and it is controlled by computer, which improves the efficiency of the whole line.
Theory of dust-sheid is accord with aerodynamics theory. When wind go through the wall panel which is made by dust-sheids, it will appear two phenomenons: Separating and adhering. So it formed upper and lower disturbing of air, which declined the speed of wind, so can reach dedust effect.
Dust-sheid is widely used in: 1. Coal storage pile of power plant, mining, coking plant, coal washery and so on; 2. Coal storage pile of harbour and port and different kinds of stockyard; 3. Outdoor stockyard of steel works, building materials factory, cement plant and so on; 4. Coal storage pile of railway and road; 5. Construction feild, road and so on.
Material of main equipment:
1) Roller material: high grade No.45 forged steel, plated hard chrome on the surface of roller with thickness 0.05mm
2) Active shaft material: high grade No.45 carbon wrought steel at diameter 75mm
3) Cutter blade: Cr12 mould steel with quenched treatment
