NIPPO Scraping Ink Bar
Description:
Scraping ink Bar Specially designed for printing ink color proofing, widely used in printing ink production, carton printing, flexo printing and other industries.
Water based ink, gravure inks, flexographic inks or other liquid can be applied to coating on a variety of substrates by scraping in bar, obtained color reproducibility, it has the function to simulates the effect of printing presses. It is the necessary tool for color matching, ink mixing ,and test the water-based ink Printing performance and color difference.
Usage:
Used for coating predetermined thickness of wet film, to test the covering power,the color for the sample, or making samples, etc.
1. Good reproducibility, and can reappear ink density
2. Accurately imitate all kinds of deep, watch color proofing
3.Greatly save print raw materials and time
4. Coating thickness range: 7-717 microns
